Haberfield Public School Uniform

When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community. Learn about our uniform and where to purchase items.

Students, staff, parents, carers, and members of our local community worked together to develop our school uniform to ensure it:

meets all occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination, and equal opportunity requirements
is affordable, comfortable, and made from easy-care, easy-wear fabrics
is suitable for all school activities
accommodates a wide range of body shapes and sizes

Haberfield Public School has a ‘no hat, no play’ policy. For sun safety hats need to be worn when outside.

It is mandatory for all children to wear the Haberfield Public School uniform every day.

HPS Uniform Shop

The school uniform shop is proudly run by the P&C Association and supported by a wonderful team of parent volunteers. Every purchase helps our school — all profits are donated directly back to fund resources and initiatives that benefit every child at Haberfield Public School.

The shop offers everything students need aside from footwear, and includes backpacks, library bags and hats embellished with the school crest.

2026 is a transition year for the school uniform. Phasing out the yellow polo, and adopting the old Sport Polo ( Navy blue panel with gold sleeves and the HPS crest on left chest ) as the new Everyday Polo. There is no longer a separate Sport uniform required.

Orders

Orders are placed online via the online store which can be found at https://haberfield-public-school-uniform-shop.square.site
The online uniform shop is open for orders 24/7.
Once your online order is placed, P&C Volunteers will pack and deliver your order.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered to your child's classroom every fortnight on even weeks of the school term (ie Week 2, Week 4, 6, 8, 10), usually on Fridays.
Orders must be placed by end of day Wednesday of the delivery week (even weeks of term) to guarantee delivery.

Returns / exchanges / refunds:

Items may be exchanged or refunded provided they are unworn, tags are still attached and the item is not discontinued.
Email the uniform shop for pre approval and arrangements will be made for the exchange / refund.

Future Kindergarten students:

Specific in-person sale days are scheduled for our new Kindergarten families before the start of the school year.
